These terms cover this website. They are not the terms under which the software is licensed. That is a separate agreement.

Who we are

This website is operated by Wingman Automation, a sole proprietorship registered in Nova Scotia, Canada. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Performance figures

Every performance figure on this site is drawn from a single measured autonomous control session on one production line, and is presented with the conditions under which it was obtained. Those conditions included a mechanical feed fault on the machine under control for the whole session.

These figures describe what happened on that line, on that day. They are not a guarantee of efficiency, giveaway, savings or payback period on any other line. Nothing on this site is a warranty or a performance commitment. That is precisely why we offer to measure your line rather than estimate it.

The ROI calculator

The calculator is an illustration built from figures you supply and two constants measured in that session, both named on the page. Its output is an estimate for discussion, not a quotation, a forecast, or a commitment.

Intellectual property

The architecture described on this site is patent pending. The content, charts and code of this site belong to Wingman Automation.

Third parties

No equipment manufacturer, customer or brand named or unnamed on this site endorses, certifies or approves this product. We do not name them, and we do not claim their endorsement.

Use of this site

This site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it alone. Any commercial arrangement is governed by its own written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
