What does it cost?
Pricing is per machine, plus the on-premise controller and annual support. We don't publish a price list because the answer depends on how many machines you want to automate and how many you want to leave in monitor mode. How long until it's actually helping?
In the audited session, the controller beat the recipe's previous best 18 minutes after being armed, and had trained its first model for that product before the run was over. In a normal commissioning you are watching by day three and running autonomously by the end of week one.
What happens when we change products?
It recognises the change, and if it has run that product before it resumes the settings that previously worked. If it hasn't, it starts from a sibling machine's learning, or from your existing settings, and begins improving immediately.
Our efficiency numbers are already fine.
Then it will tell you so. On a healthy machine, its own totals counted 99.86 % efficiency and the system recommended no action. What it will also do is show you why your worse machines are worse, which is usually not what people expect.
Does my production data leave the plant?
No. Not a byte. It runs on your isolated plant network with no internet dependency. There is no cloud service, no telemetry, no phone-home. Even licensing is done offline by exchanging a short code.
